   Customers acknowledge that they will only gamble with funds they can afford to lose and agree not to engage in any behavior or activity that may be detrimental to their health or well-being. 6. Access to Facilities

   The Customer agrees that equipment and gaming devices within Pure Casino Calgary are used for their intended purpose only, in accordance with instructions provided by staff, and in compliance with all safety precautions.

8. Security Measures

   Pure Casino Calgary has implemented measures to ensure the confidentiality of Customers' personal information. However, due to the inherent risks associated with online activities, customers acknowledge that there is no absolute guarantee against unauthorized access or loss of data.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

   All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks and copyrights, are owned by Pure Casino Calgary or its affiliates.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

12. Entire Agreement

    These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Customer and Pure Casino Calgary, and supersede all prior negotiations and understandings.

13. Severability Clause

    If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.
